Dock License For Sale
Dock License Available
Docks in the Tahoe Keys Beach & Harbor Marina are available for license to our Members.
To become a Member you must own a Qualifying Property which is described as landlocked properties in the Tahoe Keys or properties in Tahoe Island Park Addition #4.

The price for the dock license is $105,000. Member and Dock Fees for 2024 have been paid.
